Membership - open to all people who are 18 years or older

'First-Claim' membership is the primary membership.  'Second-Claim' membership enables a first-claim financial member of another Masters club to also join Bold Park Masters for a reduced fee.

You’re welcome to swim with us for up to four (4) training sessions before deciding whether to join.  Apart from the entry to the Aquatic Centre, the ony cost to you is a $2 contribution per session to assist with the club's payment to the Aquatic Centre for our reserved training lanes. 

What is included in Membership

Membership of Bold Park Masters Swimming includes:

• 'On-deck-coaching by experienced/accredited coaches 4 sessions per week, every week of the year.  You are free to attend any or all of these sessions included within your membership fee. 
• Training programmes that are designed to assist with improving your technical swimming skills and increasing your swim fitness and endurance.  And if you are interested in competion/challenges, to help prepare you physically and mentally for special open water events  - such as the Rottnest Channel Crossing - and pool competition meets. 
• full swimmer insurance via Masters Swimming Australia,
• use of club-owned training equipment (fins, kickboards, etc), 
• affiliationthrough the club with the National and (WA) State Masters Swimming organisation, 
• various social/celebratory events arranged by the club 

Categories of Membership / Timing

12 mth Membership applies from 1 January to 31 December (12 months).  Registration and payment portal is available from 1 December of the previous year.  Annual membership fee for 2024  is $217.34 incl fees and GST.  A discount is provided to senior members age 70+ as at 1st Jan that year

6 mth Membership  is available from mid-year; membership applies from 1 July to 31 December (6 months). 

16 mth membership is available later in the year and applies from 1 September of current year to 31 December of the following year (16 months).

Becoming a Member - How to Join or Renew Membership 

Membership (registration) for both new and renewing members is done on-line with a MasterCard or VISA card to pay the fees.

Insert Bold Park Masters as your club of choice.  Enter your username & password, navigate to 'Store', 'Membership' then make payment  as applicable.  A receipt will be emailed to you.
