The club is affiliated with Masters Swimming Western Australia which in turn is affiliated with Masters Swimming Australia. This enables our members to benefit from the promotion of swimming/events at a State and National level and to participate in activities organised by other Masters swimming clubs around the country and the world.
The club is managed by a Committee elected by members at an Annual General Meeting held each year in Q4. The committee meets 10 times per year to set club strategy and policy, ensure the financial health of the club and arrange social functions for members. Minutes of all meetings are recorded and available to Members upon request to the Club President and/or Secretary

The club maintains a Club Constitution and a 5 year Strategic Plan, reviewed annualy by the Committee.
